ABOUT
Diamond Pro is excited to bring strength and conditioning to our facility. We now have everything "in house" for those training at DP. This is tremendous, not only for convenience, but most importantly for the individual attention to fulfil each athlete personal needs to succeed on the field. We are equally excited to introduce strength training and a healthy habit lifestyle, to all of our athletes, no matter what age, to help them gain confidence physically and mentally using the world of fitness.

Unlimited Classes per week $205
Our most recommended choice for the serious athlete. Attend an unlimited number of small group training sessions (max 1 per day) each week with director of DP Sports & Performance, Jon Catapano.
You'll be charged $205 every month until you cancel the service.
2x per week Classes $179
2 small group training sessions per week (1 hour per class) with Director of DP Sports & Performance, Jon Catapano.
You'll be charged $179 every month until you cancel the service.

Small Group Training Classes for Monthly Members
Monthly Members 1-hour small group training session. Please register for all your classes via this selection
Normal Schedule of Weekly Class Times (times may change due to holiday weeks or break weeks and all monthly clients will be notified)
Monday's: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM, 4:30 - 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Tuesday's: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM (1 hour time slots)
Wednesday's: 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM, 8:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Thursdays: 3:30 PM - 9:30 PM
Friday's: 3:30 - 7:30 PM
Saturday's: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Director: Jonathan Catapano
After graduating from McQuaid Jesuit High School as a three-sport athlete in 2016, Jonathan went on to play baseball at Monroe Community College. After helping the Tribunes win a regional and district title his second year, the Tribunes went on to compete in the NJCAA World Series. After graduating from MCC, Jonathan continued his baseball career at Grand Valley State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.
He spent his entire career studying how he could further his own athletic career through a holistic approach to sport training. Jonathan believes at the core of every elite athlete is the ability to move within their sport with incredible amounts of strength, movement efficiency, and high force capability.
Upon graduation he immediately began training athletes and guiding them towards achieving a high-performance body capable of producing extreme amounts of power, minimizing the risk for injury, and dominating on the field. He believes in creating the right environment for elite level development utilizing science based training methodologies and advising athletes on the latest cutting-edge nutrition as well as result producing recovery strategies.
Through years of relentless trial and error, research, and hands on experience working with all kinds of athletes he has acquired the experience and knowledge to create a training method that is second to none.
