Diamond Pro is excited to bring strength and conditioning to our facility. We now have everything "in house" for those training at DP. This is tremendous, not only for convenience, but most importantly for the individual attention to fulfil each athlete personal needs to succeed on the field. We are equally excited to introduce strength training and a healthy habit lifestyle, to all of our athletes, no matter what age, to help them gain confidence physically and mentally using the world of fitness.

Provides leadership and oversight for all strength, speed, and athletic development programs within DP Sports Performance
Designs science-based training systems focused on improving strength, power, speed, mobility, and overall athletic durability
Specializes in baseball and softball performance with an emphasis on rotational power, sprint mechanics, arm-care, and long-term player development
Conducts comprehensive athlete evaluations including movement screenings, baseline testing, and individualized performance planning
Oversees class-based membership programs (Unlimited, 2x/Week, 1x/Week), ensuring consistent coaching, progression, and safety across all sessions
Partners closely with coaching staffs to align performance training with on-field skill development and seasonal demands
Implements progressive training models that prioritize proper technique, movement quality, and measurable improvement
Builds year-round development pathways, including off-season performance plans, in-season maintenance strategies, and return-to-play protocols
Supervises performance coaches and interns to uphold program standards and deliver a unified athlete experience
Communicates regularly with athletes and parents to review goals, progress, and performance metrics
Develops team training programs for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes across multiple sports
Creates educational content and workshops focused on nutrition, recovery, workload management, and athletic mindset
Upholds a professional, disciplined, and athlete-centered training environment rooted in accountability and long-term development
