Diamond Pro Baseball is proud to announce the DP Pitching Performance Program — a 12-week elite training system built by Tanner Cooper (2019 MLB Draft Pick) to help serious pitchers gain velocity, command, and long-term arm health.
This isn’t your typical clinic — it’s a progressive, three-phase system designed to prepare you for your high school season and maximize performance while minimizing injury risk.

🕔 Time Slots:
• 5:30–6:30 PM — Modified (7th & 8th Graders)
• 6:30–7:30 PM — JV (9th & 10th Graders)
• 7:30–8:30 PM — Varsity (11th & 12th Graders)
⏱ Each session = 75 minutes (1 hr training + 15-min recovery)
Phase I – Patterning (Dec 22 – Jan 9)
Develop efficient mechanics & body awareness through plyos and med ball work.
Phase II – Extension & Volume (Jan 12 – Feb 6)
Increase velocity & stamina while mastering recovery and workload management.
Phase III – Bullpens (Feb 17 – Mar 6)
Live bullpen reps, pitch sequencing, and game-intensity prep heading into spring.
Performance+ Package: $300 per Phase (2x/week)
Card will automatically be charged on January 22nd & February 22nd for Phase II & III

Cooper graduated from Canandaigua Academy in 2017 where he was named first team All-State as well as first team All-Greater Rochester. He then attended Stony Brook University as a freshman where he had a 1.000 fielding percentage as a third baseman. After Stony Brook, he transferred to Finger Lakes Community College for his sophomore season where he set hitting pitching records while being name Region 3 baseball player of the year. Cooper led the country in strikeouts as a pitcher with 136 k’s. He was also name an All-American that year.
Cooper was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in the 35th round of the 2019 MLB draft and just finished his 6-year professional career
